These terms govern your access to Resume World and its resume-building, import, AI, and billing features.

Using Resume World
By using Resume World, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter this agreement in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for activity in your workspace and for keeping access to your Google account and devices secure.
Your content
You retain ownership of the resume content, files, prompts, and other material you provide. You give us a limited permission to host, copy, process, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the features you request. You represent that you have the right to submit the content you provide.
AI-assisted features
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular application. You are responsible for reviewing every suggestion and for ensuring your resume is truthful. Resume World does not guarantee interviews, employment, applicant-tracking-system results, or any other career outcome.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to break the law, infringe another person's rights, upload malicious code, bypass usage limits or security controls, interfere with the service, impersonate another person, or generate deceptive application materials. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, or the service.
Paid features
Prices, included credits, renewal terms, and billing frequency are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. Subscriptions renew until cancelled through the available billing controls. Except where law requires otherwise, completed charges and consumed credits are non-refundable.
Service availability and third parties
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may impose reasonable usage limits. The service depends on third-party platforms, including Google sign-in, hosting, AI, database, and payment providers. Their outages or policy changes may affect availability.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, Resume World will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost opportunities, data, profits, or revenue arising from use of the service.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@resumeworld.site.
